One-on-one training sessions are extremely effective for athletes of all experience levels. It allows us to focus all of our attention on you, go at your pace, and target your specific needs. These sessions are perfect even for experienced athletes who have hit a plateau or need to work on a specific skill or movement that’s holding them back. Whatever your situation may be, we’ll work with you to help define your goals, conduct a comprehensive movement and mobility assessment, and develop a program designed specifically for you. New to CrossFit? You will have the opportunity to receive a free one-on-one session with a coach. We will learn more about you and your individual fitness goals. You will learn more about our coaching staff, workout programming, community, training facility and CrossFit elements program. Together, we will outline a plan of achievement! There is no reason to feel intimidated!
